Delete your account
You can ask us to permanently delete your TYO Prism account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and what we may need to keep.
How to request deletion
Email support@tyo.com.au with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the email address registered to your TYO Prism account. Sending it from your account email lets us verify the request is really yours.
If you are signed in, you can also start from your account page and contact us using the same address.
We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently delete:
- Your TYO Prism account and profile — name, email address and login credentials
- All of your Prism API keys (
tyr-…) — they are revoked and removed - Your upstream connections, including your encrypted BYOK provider API keys
- Your usage and request metadata used to track your monthly quota and savings (token counts, costs, latency — we never stored prompt or response content in the first place)
Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered and you will no longer be able to sign in.
What we may retain
We keep a limited amount of information only where the law requires it or to protect our legitimate interests, for example:
- Records we need to resolve disputes, investigate abuse, or enforce our terms
- Aggregate or anonymised records that no longer identify you
We retain these only for as long as necessary, then delete them.
